We have just refitted the shop in Preston and plan to restock with more products than ever!

We will soon offer counter service as well as local click and collect and of course our mail order and online shopping experience.

To make sure we are safe during the coronavirus and that we comply with social distancing we have redesigned the shop, we have moved all our products around and made use of all of the available floor space as well as ensuring the counter area is clean with all necessary steps in place to protect staff and customers. 

By working this way, minimising contact and having more product on our shelves it only means MORE for you. the Angler and more chance of achieving those Carp Fishing Goals with our help!! 

At Carp Global and Preston Fishing Shop we care very much about the customer experience, the last few weeks have shown us just how important angling is, we have plans in place to deliver better services, have faster deliveries and create more opportunities... 

Our number one aim is to help you achieve your carp fishing goals!!

To make sure we avoid mistakes and only stock the best products, now that the shop is ready and we will be ordering lots of new items, it makes sense to temporarily stop accepting online orders so that we can do a full stock take and update our website with only the products we stock and have available. 

 

Recently we have notices problems with some items and because deliveries and suppliers have faced delays we have been unable to fulfill some orders fast enough, we also have items listed on our site as in stock that we no longer have available due to a variety of reasons from theft to breakages and more..

We want to clean the site, make sure it is 100% accurate and then reopen knowing we can offer a more efficient service. 

Therefore from tonight, 18 May, until we have carried out the stock take and key web tasks we will not be taking orders, there will be other offers available in our group, and this will only be for a few days until further notice,

All orders placed before this time have our full priority as well as other items we need to send out, this will be done as normal, once these items are sent we will complete the stock take and reactivate the website... 

Any orders placed AFTER this time will still be accepted but only shipped after we reopen, the site may also temporarily show all items out of stock!

At almost two years in the shop now is the time to improve a lot of the things that we have noticed don't work very well, you will already have seen our investment in the website etc now it is important to get the online part 100% accurate.
